The Mayor of Rushcliffe Cllr Andy Brown has wished all a Merry Christmas and a happy, safe and prosperous New Year.
He said: “Season’s greetings to everyone, I hope it a joyous time for all. A huge thank you to everyone who has supported my chosen charity SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity this year who do so much for service personnel all year round.
“I am excited to try and raise even more funds in the rest of my term next year. I am honoured to be the Mayor of Rushcliffe and represent the thousands who live in the Borough. I look forward to meeting and working with many more different people and groups in 2025 who are at the heartbeat of our communities.”
