Kate’s siblings have also shown themselves to be supportive of the Princess. Shortly after she announced her cancer diagnosis to the world on Friday, her brother James released a short statement on Instagram.
In the post, he shared a love heart and mountain emoji, before writing, ‘Over the years, we have climbed many mountains together. As a family, we will climb this one with you too.’
Alongside his poignant words, James, a father-of-one, shared a previously unseen childhood photograph of himself alongside the Princess.
During his visit to Cornwall, William will pay a visit to the site in Nansledan where the Duchy of Cornwall’s first-ever innovative housing project to help address homelessness will be built. On Friday, he will make his first official visit to the Isles of Scilly since becoming Duke of Cornwall in September 2022. During his time on St. Mary’s, William will meet representatives from local businesses on the harbour front and pay a visit to St. Mary’s Medical Centre.
