The government has no plan to raise the activation pricing level (APL) of the Rubber Production Incentive (IPG) to RM3 per kg compared to the current RM2.70.

This decision comes as a relief to many in the industry, as an increase in APL could have had negative implications on rubber production and the overall economy.
