India (IND) vs England (ENG) 1st ODI Highlights: Ravindra Jadeja's brilliant spell with the ball and later Shubman Gill's gritty 87 have helped India take a 1-0 lead in Nagpur. India faced some late hiccups in the chase but Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jade

India's 249-run chase began on shaky grounds but Shreyas Iyer, Shubman Gill and then Axar Patel hit individual fifties to take India home.

India lost the wickets of both their openers cheaply. Rohit Sharma got out for 2 runs, while Yashasvi Jaiswal's debut ended after a 22-ball 15.

After that, Shreyas Iyer took charge of the chase and waltzed his way to a stunning 59 off just 36 balls.

After Shreyas' wicket Shubman Gill and Axar Patel took control of the chase and hot India to 221/4, within 30 runs of the victory.

A mini-disaster struck India after that, where the lost back to back 3 wickets, but senior players Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja saw India threw.
