HUAWEI Watch D2 Malaysia release - Now available from RM1999

The HUAWEI MatePad 12 X is not the only new device in town. The Chinese company also released the new HUAWEI Watch D2. That said, what should you know about it?

For your information, this device features 24-hour blood pressure monitoring on your wrists. It also utilises the airbag to inflate and measure blood pressure at intervals with smart reminders in the day, and sleep measurements at night. It supports measurements in multiple scenarios, including standing, sitting or semi-lying positions in the day, as well as automatic internal measurements at night.

In addition, it is the World's First Smartwatch with Ambulatory Blood Pressure Monitoring (ABPM) Approved by the Malaysian Medical Device Authority, National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) and Medical Device Regulation (MDR). It also runs a high-precision pressure sensor, mini pump, and inflatable airbag to provide precise vitals and BP measurements.

Moreover, the HUAWEI WATCH D2 measures Beat-by-Beat ECG Analysis, SpO2 Monitoring, Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis, Heart Rate, Stress Level, and Skin Temperature, bringing all-round health management to your wrists to help identify health risks. This device can measure 9 body indicators and generate a Health Glance report to identify potential health risks which include heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, stress, body temperature, ECG, vascular elasticity, pulse wave arrhythmia, and Sleep breathing awareness.

Interestingly, the HUAWEI WATCH D2 is also Huawei’s first smartwatch with a blood pressure analysis function in the Health Glance. It also brings features such as over 80 exercise modes, with daily task tracking around exercise, diet, sleep, weight, and stress, to help users develop habits that form a healthy lifestyle to support blood pressure management.

Design-wise, this watch features a 1.82-inch large screen with new colourful user interface and a 2.5D floating design. The device is about 1/5 the width, 1/25 the volume, and 1/26 the weight of traditional upper-arm electronic blood pressure monitors, with the Ultra-narrow airbag11 at just 26.5mm.
