The CIMB Octo app services are running slow for now TechNave
CIMB today announced that the CIMB OCTO application is experiencing a temporary slow service. This also has resulted in several users being unable to access the service. So, what should you know about it?
For your information, access to the service has been quite slow, with some services such as JomPay being reported as currently unavailable. Following this, CIMB advised you to suspend banking transactions while it resolved the issue. However, CIMB has not yet announced an estimated repair period for the issue, but it is expected to be restored as soon as possible.
It’s come to our attention that some of our customers are experiencing intermittence in the availability of the CIMB OCTO App.
We request our customers to perform your banking transactions later while we look into this matter.
