Weight loss story: “I lost 42 kilos by eating home cooked foods and cutting down on oily, sugary foods”

First meal of the day: 1 apple
Second meal (My Breakfast): I used to have my breakfast differently every day like Oats, sprouts, moong dal(green) cheela, 2 brown bread with 1 spoon of peanut butter.
Third meal: 1 cup papaya
Fourth meal (My Lunch): I have my lunch between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm, which includes 1 bowl of boiled dal(any), 1 small cup curd, and 1-2 chapati.
Fifth meal: 1 cup of green tea and some roasted chickpeas (black channa).
My Dinner: Since I was following intermittent fasting, I prefer to complete my dinner before 7:00 pm, which includes very low-calorie food like 4-5 oats idli, boiled vegetables, 1 glass of milk, etc. I used to have boiled pumpkin soup.
Pre-workout meal: 1 apple/1cup black coffee
Post-workout meal: I initially worked out 3-4 times, so I took a high protein meal like 15 grams of soya chunks every time.
I indulge in (What you eat on your cheat days): I ate whatever I desired on cheat days; however, I remained conscious of my diet consequently for the upcoming week. Initially, I felt frightened of taking cheat days or cheat meals; however, I actually have learned to tweak my diet.
Low-calorie snacks: Fruits, Almonds, chickpeas, and peanuts became my closest friends during my weight loss.
