Sennheiser has introduced the Profile Wireless, a versatile, two-channel, 2.4 GHz microphone system for creators and videographers. This all-in-one system connects to a wide range of devices, including mobile phones, cameras, and computers, and can be used in various configurations, such as a clip-on, handheld, or desktop microphone. The Profile Wireless aims to offer flexibility and reliability for recording in different environments.

The heart of the Profile Wireless system is its multifunctional charging bar, which serves as a charging station and can be configured as a handheld microphone. The bar holds a mini-receiver with an OLED touch display, two pre-paired clip-on mics, and accessories such as a 3.5 mm cable for camera use, magnetic clips, windshields, and adaptors for mobile and camera mounting. According to Sennheiser, Profile Wireless’s compact design and features make it well-suited for content creators needing adaptable audio solutions.

Hendrik Millauer, Sennheiser’s Product Manager for Broadcast and Film, highlighted the system’s design focus: “We’ve outfitted Profile Wireless with many exciting features that will help users to capture audio more reliably, longer, and more flexibly than was possible before.”
