Fonseca tells his Milan team it is time to win – A strong response is expected tonight

As reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport in this morning's print edition, in recent days Paulo Fonseca has reiterated to the group that the team is progressing and cannot afford to ease off the gas.

But now it's time to win—and to do so for the first time this season in an away game, starting with Monza. The coach expects a strong response after the blow suffered against Napoli.

Tonight, Fonseca wants to see the same attitude shown against Napoli, but without the defensive errors. He understands that the transformation from Pioli’s previous style of play will take more time.

Paulo Fonseca is, however, confident that they are on the right path.

According to the Portuguese coach, looking at the standings right now is pointless, and he's not interested in projections either.
